Handing you the tools for better estimates & control - Miguel Pinto |
Miguel will inform us about how Estimation tools can help us to trace a cost from budget to actual to forecast. Cost estimation sets the financial foundation; project controls manage performance during execution. Though distinct, both must align. Estimates are often too detailed or commercial for direct use in cost tracking. Recasting is needed to turn estimates into structured, traceable budgets. Without this, control systems break down. Tools like Cleopatra and InEight Estimate bridge this gap by standardizing structures, enabling traceability, and supporting accurate forecasting. He will compare both solutions and help you to find the right one for your use case. |
