Learning method

The learning method combines theory with practice to ensure deep understanding and immediate application. Participants alternate between theoretical sessions and hands-on exercises, including the Plan2Flow^TM simulation, to experience real project dynamics. This interactive approach promotes engagement, teamwork, and practical insight into applying LEAN Scheduling on their own projects.

Target audience

This course is intended for planning engineers, site managers, project managers, and anyone involved in construction planning and execution who wants to understand and apply LEAN principles on their projects. No prior LEAN experience required.
