This training is a functionality overview of Seavus Schedule Reader. This tool enables non-P6 users to access the full Primavera P6 schedule including all coding, resources, relationships. This enables better communication between non-planning and planning employees. The participants receive a basic explanation on scheduling principles like relationships, total float and the critical path.

Why this training

A schedule in PDF format hides too much underlying data to effectively communicate around the schedule and its assumptions. Seavus Schedule Reader is a tool that solves these inconveniences by granting full insight in the P6 native file so non-planning employees can individually dive deep into the schedule, suggest changes and progress.
