Niels will take up his new role as the managing director of Proove in Portugal. His goal is to build a team of project controls professionals that carry the typical values, knowledge, and spirit of Proove. Using his expertise in project controls, he will make any client's project a success.

After spending my youth in Porto, I came to Proove to implement project controls solutions from business case to project closure.
João Miranda
João has worked with multiple clients from distinct sectors (from Construction to Chemical Industry), using different solutions for each business case, where he helps them to understand, optimize and improve the full project controls process. His expertise in portfolio management only adds to the broad knowledge that João adds to the team.
