Quantitative Risk Schedule and Cost Analysis in Safran Risk

Academy_header 02

In this training, you will learn all aspects of a schedule risk analysis, with practical examples and cases, using Safran Risk. In addition to importing and checking a schedule, you add uncertainties and risks to the planning. You learn how to interpret the outcomes of the risk analysis and to present them in a correct way and to communicate them to a project team by, among other things, using distribution graphs and tornado graphs and scatter plots. Some other topics are the calculation of buffers, scenario analyses and weather calendars.
