Lean Planner

At Proove, we are looking for a Lean Planner who can optimally utilise the power of LEAN planning to take our clients' projects to the next level. You will ensure that processes are streamlined and that efficiency is key. By zooming in on the overall planning, you will draw up detailed plans that bring the LEAN principles to life. Your role is crucial in creating space for experts to plan their work seamlessly, with the aim of continuous improvement and maximum value creation.

Your tasks

  • You develop and implement an effective LEAN planning to optimise operational activities.
  • You act as a link between the various teams to ensure that schedules are adhered to.
  • You organise meetings and planning sessions to identify and solve potential issues.
  • You monitor and optimise progress against the schedule and KPIs, and provide regular reports and analyses of the schedule and areas for improvement.
  • You will guide and train employees in LEAN principles and tools to increase their understanding of planning optimisation.

The ideal candidate

  • You fit in our humane & entrepreneurial company DNA.
  • You have a bachelor degree and a couple of years of experience in technical execution in a production or construction environment.
  • You have strong analytical and planning skills, with an eye for detail and a drive to improve processes.
  • You have good knowledge of LEAN Planning. Knowledge of SixSigma is a plus.
  • Your are fluent in Dutch and English.
  • You can convince others of the advantages of LEAN.
  • You are flexible and eager to discover different projects and industries.
