Proove

A wise choice

At Proove, we think this is a very wise choice. One of the biggest challenges for project management tools within the broad construction industry is that these tools are often only used by a few specialists within the company. If a company has a real ambition to drive projects based on data, you can't push planning into a corner. The common disconnect we notice in complex projects between site and office can only be solved by involving all project staff in planning.

Proove as implementation partner

Indeed, there is a journey to be gone through before collaborative planning will have the central role that Denys envisages.

OPC is a solution that requires only a small implementation for the basic functionalities. For customers with steeper ambitions like Denys, Proove is ready to set up the tool, provide training and more. Striving together for more data-driven project management, that's what we do it for.
