For more than 10 years, DEME Group has been counting on Proove’s services, such that Proove (Primaned) is a proper household name by now. In the early days, Proove was a small pioneer in project controls and DEME’s requests for advanced project controls techniques only came in occasionally. During the years, both parties have mutually reinforced their believe in project controls as a true profession to the point where we are today. Building on our many contacts and experience with DEME’s key personnel, Proove has been trusted to advise on tools, trainings and deliver services to bring DEME as a whole to a higher level of maturity in project controls.

Tools

The first Primavera P6 professional installation dates from way back. Today Proove has successfully implemented an OPC-environment (Oracle Primavera Cloud) and is maintaining a major project there. This environment enables the project team to manage the project on time, scope, cost, resources and risk. The day-to-day work is planned following Lean scheduling principles. Primavera Risk Analysis is the go-to tool for DEME when quantitative risk analyses are required.

Academy

Over the years, Proove has given a wide range of training courses to DEME personnel. Starting with Primavera P6 basic courses, it became quickly apparent that successful project controls requires more than people who can make a Primavera schedule. Many training sessions were given to enhance the awareness and understanding of project controls for a larger audience, ranging from starters to senior management.

A multitude of DEME Offshore and Tideway projects have benefited from the services of our expert Proove-staff. Being very specialized, Proove has delivered first class consultants ranging from operational planning engineers, implementation consultants and delay and claim experts.
